在法律英语中，Notwithstanding后面常跟名词性短语。常见句式为：”Notwithstanding the foregoing, ...” 译为：“尽管有前述规定，但...”

例：Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, theSupplier will not be obligated to provide Support Services in relation to anymodifications, enhancements or developments to the XXX software which areundertaken by XXX company or any third party.
