To all financial departments (bureaus), State asset administration bureaus (offices), certified accountant associations, asset evaluation associations in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and relevant asset evaluation institutions:

    各省、自治区、直辖市财政厅(局)、国有资产管理局(办公室)、注册会计师协会、资产评估协会,有关资产评估机构:

In order to strengthen the administration over asset evaluation of securities businesses, the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") will continue license management for asset evaluation institutions engaging in securities business:

    为加强对证券业务资产评估的管理,财政部、中国证监会继续对资产评估机构执行证券业务实行许可证管理。

Upon consultation with the CSRC, the license for securities businesses already obtained by asset evaluation institutions shall remain valid until the issuance and implementation of the new license. In consideration of the relatively significant changes occurred to asset evaluation institutions since disconnection and restructuring, each asset evaluation institution qualified for engaging in securities businesses shall, upon receipt of this Notice, fill in the Basic Information Form for Securities Evaluation Institutions, the List of Certified Asset Evaluators, the List of Securities Evaluation Businesses in two copies, and report to the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Accounting Department of the CSRC prior to February 28.

    经与中国证监会协商,对已取得政券业务许可证的资产评估机构,其许可证在新的许可证颁发发布实施之前继续有效。鉴于资产评估机构脱钩改制后情况变化较大,请各具有从事证券业务资格的资产评估机构接到本通知后,填写证券评估机构基本情况表、注册资产评估师一览表、证券评估业务情况一览表各一式两份,并于2月28日前上报中国注册会计师协会和中国证监会会计部。
