All membership units:

The issuance of book-entry coupon treasury bonds of 2010 (Phase 6) (hereinafter referred to as the "Treasury Bonds of this Phase") has been completed. According to the notice of the Ministry of Finance, the Treasury Bonds of this Phase shall be listed for trading on the Stock Exchange as of March 24, 2010.

The Treasury Bonds of this Phase shall be 3-year fixed interest rate coupon bonds, with the stock code of "101006", stock short name of "Treasury Bond 1006" and coupon interest rate of 2.23%. The interest shall be paid annually. The principal together with the last payment of interest shall be paid on March 18, 2013.

It is hereby notified.

   各会员单位：

   2010年记账式附息（六期）国债（以下简称“本期国债”）已发行结束，根据财政部通知，本期债券于2010年3月24日起在本所上市交易。

   本期国债为3年期固定利率附息债券，证券编码“101006”，证券简称“国债1006”，票面利率2.23%，每年付息一次，2013年3月18日偿还本金并支付最后一年利息。
