To the departments (bureaus) of personnel, the departments (bureaus) of labor and social security, the departments (bureaus) of finance of Tian Jin, Shan Xi, He Nan, Hu Bei, Hu Nan and Xin Jiang Autonomous Region:

   天津市、山西省、河南省、湖北省、湖南省、新疆自治区人事厅（局）、劳动和社会保障厅（局）、财政厅（局）：

Upon approval of the State Council, Tian Jin, Shan Xi, He Nan, Hu Bei, He Nan and Xin Jiang Autonomous Region shall increase and substantiate the percentage of the basic endowment insurance paid to the individual accounts of enterprise employees from three percent to four percent commencing on January 1, 2007. Central finance shall grant subsidy in this regard in accordance with the relevant provisions. The above-mentioned provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) are requested to earnestly undertake and implement the relevant work according to the requirements of the pilot implementing plans approved by the State Council.

    经国务院同意,天津市、山西省、河南省、湖北省、湖南省、新疆自治区自2007年1月1日起将做实企业职工基本养老保险个人账户比例从3%提高到4%,中央财政按规定给予补助。请上述省(自治区、直辖市)按照国务院批复的试点实施方案要求,认真做好提高做实个人账户比例的相关工作。
