To the administration organizations of housing provident fund of Jiangxia District, Caidian District, Huangpi District and Xinzhou Distrct and all the administering bank of housing provindent fund:

For the purpose of carrying out the state's policy of interest rate adjustment, protecting the legitimate interest of workers who pay for the housing provident fund, in accordance with the state's policy of interest rate adjustment, the deposit and loan interest rates of personal housing provident in our city shall be adjusted as of May 19, 2007. We hereby forward the Notice on Adjusting Deposit and Loan Interest Rates of Personal Housing Provident Fund (Jian Jin Guan[2007] No. 123) to you for implementation.

    为认真贯彻国家利率调整政策,维护广大住房公积金缴存职工的合法权益,根据国家利率调整政策,从2007年5月19日起,调整我市个人住房公积金存贷款利率,现将建设部《关于调整个人住房公积金存贷款利率的通知》(建金管[2007]123号)转发你们,请遵照执行。

For the loan of personal housing provident fund provided by Wuhan Housing Reform Commission before this adjustment policy was promulgated, the original loan rate shall still be effective until December 31, 2007. As of January 1, 2008, the adjusted loan rate of all levels shall be implemented and the personal repayment of the principal and interest of workers for each month shall be refixed. If the loan of personal housing provident fund provided by this commission after May 19. 2007, the adjusted loan rate shall be implemented.

    本次利率调整日之前,“中心”已划款发放的公积金个人住房贷款仍按原贷款利率执行至2007年12月31日,自2008年1月1日起按调整后的相应档次利率执行,并重新确定职工个人月偿还贷款本息金额,2007年5月19日(含5月19日)以后“中心”划款发放的公积金个人住房贷款执行调整后的贷款利率。
