开曼群岛（Cayman Islands）位于加勒比海西北部的英国海外领土，由大开曼、小开曼和开曼布拉克3个岛屿组成。开曼群岛是世界第四大离岸金融中心，在开曼群岛注册的公司就被称作开曼公司，常见于为在境外或香港上市而搭建的VIE交易架构中。
