Eminent domain“国家征用权”，在美国，多指州、市政府或经授权

行使公职的个人或法人拥有的征用私人财产，尤指土地的权力，征用之财产应用于公共目的，对征用财产应作合理补偿。Condemnation“征用”，是指对 eminent domain这种权利的实施程序。Expropration“征用”，也是指对 eminent domain这种权利的实施程序，但在路易斯安那州，expropriation的含义则等同 eminent domain。

Eminent domain

①[美]征用权(指政府实体为公共目的征用私有财产尤其是土地，将其转为公用，同时支付合理补偿，即一般性和特别补偿的权力，有时也称为 compulsory purchase，尽管较罕见。

②裁定(房屋不宜居住、食品不宜饮用等)，[海]宣布(船舶被没收捕获或不适航)(由法院)判付之款项。

Condemnation
