construction，最常见的含义是“建设”，与合同相关的，比如：construction contract建设工程合同；construction interest建设利息等等，但是它还有另外一层含义，那就是“解释”，比如：construction of the contract in accordance with the law（根据法律规定解释合同）；put a construction on（对......作出解释）：
