This Agreement shall be binding upon and enure for the benefit of the estates, personal representatives and/or successors of the Parties.

本协议应对双方的产业、个人代表和/或承继人有约束力，并且对其利益生效。

Subject to the provisions hereof limiting transfers, this Agreement shall be binding upon andinure to the benefit of the Partners and the Partnership and their respective legal representatives, successors, transferees and assigns.

在不违反本协议限制转让的规定之情况下，本协议应对合伙人、合伙企业及其各自的遗产代理人、承继人、承让人和受让人的利益生效并具有约束力。
