Joint tenancy表示“联权共有；共同租住权；共同租赁”，不动产所有权中的一种重要关系。Joint tenancy的最大特点是当夫妻一方去世时，其房产权益自动完全转归另一方，去世者的继承人不继承任何房产权益，去世者也不能将房产遗赠给他人。长辈与晚辈之间，兄弟姐妹之间，也可以对房产拥有这种法律关系，只要同时具备以上四个条件。
