三会治理是公司的治理结构，指股东会、董事会、监事会。

股东会，英文表达为General Meeting of Shareholders或Shareholder Meeting，即股东大会，分为年度股东大会(annual general meeting)和临时股东大会(extraordinary general meeting)。
