PS：长期以来.document of title在中国被翻译为“物权凭证”，其实 是不准确的。document of title是英美法上的特殊概念，商法中 最重要的document of title就是提单(bill of lading)。实际上在 英美法中，没有所谓“物权”或“物权法”的概念。而只有“财产” (property)或"财产法"(property law )的概念。像提单这样的商业单据，实际上表征了物权法上的一种“占有”的法律事实，以 及一种运输合同之债的请求权。所以，目前学界通常把document of title翻译为"权利凭证"
