Article 28
For an adult who has no or limited civil capacity, from the following category and in the following order, a person who is who is competent to be a guardian shall be appointed as guardian:
1.spouse;
2.parents or children;
3.other close relatives;
4.other individuals or organizations who are willing to act as a guardian, provided that consent must be obtained from the neighborhood from the community committee, village committee, or the department of civil affairs in the place of such adult’s domicile。
Article 29
If the parents of a ward serve as his guardians, they may appoint a successive guardian through their will.
Article 30
A guardian may be determined through agreement among the people who are legally qualified to be a guardian. The true intention of the ward shall be respected when determining the guardian through the guardian through agreement.
