Known All Men by These Presents是古体的讲话方式，从拉丁文翻译而来，常见于某些法律文书（如bonds and power of attorney）的开头。一般接whereas之后，常用来引出具体协议事项，可译成“兹”，“特此（宣布/公告）”，“根据本文件”等，与Now Therefore“特此，因此，据此”近似。
