“四好农村路”中的“四好”是指“建好、管好、护好、运营好”。

中华人民共和国国务院新闻办公室的发文中有这么一句话：

We refer to the instructions of "Four Good Rural Roads", which means we need to do a good job in the four aspects of construction, management, maintenance and operation of rural roads.

“四好农村路”即"Four Good Rural Roads"。
