专属管辖权 exclusive jurisdiction

指某一法院对某一案件或某人具有专属的、排他的管辖权。也就是说，某一案件只能在某一法院起诉，因为其他任何法院对该案均无审判之权。例如，根据美国《证券交易法》〔Securities Exchange Act〕所提起的诉讼必须向联邦地区法院起诉。
