************* will not take up references on Applicants and the responsibility for this solely rests with the Client. Save for (i) *************’s own negligence in the recruitment process or (ii) the event of death or personal injury, neither ************* nor its staff shall be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Client, any Third Party or the property of the Client or any third party as a result of the introduction of an Applicant or the failure to introduce an Applicant or from any act or omission of the Applicant.
