He commissioned the builder to do the entire decoration of his new house.

他委托营造商对他的新住宅进行全面装修。

综上可知，“委托”销售机构、外贸公司销售自然要用 commission这个词来翻译。这句话可以翻译为：

A joint venture shall have the right to export its products by itself or

commission sales agencies of the foreign party to the joint venture or Chinese foreign trade compamies to sell its products on a consignment or distribution.
