除非另有规定”在英文合同中经常出现，从字面表面看是对一些对例外情况的约定，实际上是对主句约定内容的特别强调。一般可以翻译为：

1.Unless otherwise provided for/specified in/agreed herein （此种最为常见）

除非本协议另有规定，任何一方未能或延迟行使其在本协议项下的任何权利、权力或特权，不应视为其放弃该权利、权力或特权；单项或部分行使任何权利、权力或特权，亦不妨碍其进一步行使该权利、权力或特权或行使其他权利、权力或特权。

Unless otherwise provided for herein, failure or delay on the part of any party to exercise any right, power or privilege under this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude further exercise thereof or exercise of any other right, power or privilege.

2.Except as set forth in this Agreement

除非本协议另有规定，B类普通股的受益所有权从某位B类普通股持有人变更至该持有人的关联方或任何创始人或一名或多名创始人的关联方的，不得导致第6款项下的转换。

Except as set forth in this Agreement, a change in the beneficial ownership of Class B Common Shares from a holder of Class B Common Shares to an Affiliate of such holder or to a Founder or an Affiliate of one or more Founders shall not cause a conversion under this Article 6.

3.Except only as is otherwise provided by 

公司没有义务也不得以任何方式被强迫认可（即便收到相关通知）对于任何股份在衡平法项下、或有、未来或部分的权益，或对于任何股份零星部分的任何权益，或（除非本章程或法令另有规定）对于任何股份除登记持有人对于该等股份整体的绝对权利外的任何其他权利。

The Company shall not be bound by or be compelled in any way to recognise (even when having notice thereof) any equitable, contingent, future, or partial interest in any share, or any interest in any fractional part of a share, or (except only as is otherwise provided by these Articles or the Statutes) any other rights in respect of any share except an absolute right to the entirety thereof in the registered holder.
