英文合同中关于限定日期的表达方式主要有：prior to “某日之前，提前多少日”。on or before, no (not) later than，表示“不迟于”。 on and after 表示“从某日起”。如：

1.Performance of Obligations. Each Warrantor shall have performed and complied with all agreements, obligations and conditions contained in this Agreement that are required or contemplated to be performed or complied with by it on or before the Drawdown Date.

义务的履行。各保证人已履行和遵守本协议要求其在提款日或之前履行和遵守的所有约定、义务和条件。

2.......if so required by any applicable laws, obtain additional consents and permits necessary for conducting the Principal Business as soon as possible but in any event no later than the time limit required by the applicable PRC laws or the competent Governmental Authorities.

尽快（但是必须在中国适用法律或相关政府机构要求的期限内）获得任何适用法律要求的、对于开展主营业务必要的其他同意和许可。

3.The Company’s shareholding structure immediately prior to and after the Closing shall be as set forth in the Company’s capitalization table attached hereto as Schedule B.

公司在紧邻交割之前和紧接交割之后的股权结构如本协议附件B的公司股权结构表所示。

4.Party A shall be unauthorized to accept any order or to collect any account on and after September.

从9月20日起，甲方已无权接受任何订单或收取任何款项。

5. Each of the PRC Companies has paid all such governmental fees, taxes and stamp duty required to be paid by it under applicable PRC and other laws in all material aspects prior to or upon the Closing.

各中国公司均已支付其在所有重大方面根据适用的中国法律和其它法律需要在交割之前或交割时支付的所有政府费用、税款和印花税。
