①additional一般都译为添加的；附加的；追加的；额外的；另外的，但考虑具体语境的变化，在对含义进行选择或者变通时仍要进行适当的调整。
②合同等法律文件中常见为：
如Additional Clauses附加条款: the additional Clauses specified in paragraph 2.1 of Annex A to this Contract that were requested in the Order by the CUSTOMER and that shall apply to this Contract.

如：additional taxation 附加税
"Taxes" include all forms of taxation, estate duties, deductions, withholdings, duties, imposts, levies, fees, charges, social security contributions and rates imposed, levied, collected, withheld or assessed by any local, municipal, regional, urban, governmental, state, federal or other body in Hong Kong and elsewhere, and any interest, additional taxation, penalty, surcharge or fine in connection therewith.
“税收”包括各种形式的税征收、财产税、扣税、预扣税、关税、税款、征收、费用、收费、社会保障金，及香港特区或其他地方的任何地方、市、地区、政府、州、联邦或其他机构征收、预扣或课以的税费及与此相关的各种利息、附加税、罚款、欠费、罚款或罚金。
